FLAGSHIP PROJECT · RED SEA

Rixos · Sharm El Sheikh

A floating hospitality destination developed with Egyptian industrial partner ROWAD.

CHALLENGE: Extend the resort experience on the water while responding to a sensitive marine environment, depth, access and authorisation constraints.
RESPONSE: Site-led engineering, positioning studies, geotechnical and environmental inputs, reversible anchoring, floating architecture and a locally organised manufacturing and installation model.
ROLE: SEAFLOATECH coordinates the concept, marine engineering, POD® interface, technical integration and project-development logic. ROWAD provides the local industrial delivery platform.
STATUS: Contracted project · engineering and site investigations in progress.

Full-scale prototype

Developed and tested in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to validate behaviour at sea, interfaces and the first complete system logic.

First commercial POD®

A first commercial installation in Saint-Tropez, marking the transition from full-scale validation to an operational product.
