PROJECTS & REFERENCES

Proof through real projects

From full-scale marine validation to an international hospitality development, each reference demonstrates a different part of the SEAFLOATECH delivery model.

FLAGSHIP PROJECT · RED SEA

Rixos · Sharm El Sheikh

A floating hospitality destination developed with Egyptian industrial partner ROWAD.

CHALLENGE
Extend the resort experience on the water while responding to a sensitive marine environment, depth, access and authorisation constraints.
RESPONSE
Site-led engineering, positioning studies, geotechnical and environmental inputs, reversible anchoring, floating architecture and a locally organised manufacturing and installation model.
ROLE
SEAFLOATECH coordinates the concept, marine engineering, POD® interface, technical integration and project-development logic. ROWAD provides the local industrial delivery platform.
STATUS
Contracted project · engineering and site investigations in progress.

FROM VALIDATION TO DEPLOYMENT

A track record built at sea.

SEAFLOATECH full-scale prototype at sea in 20142014

Full-scale prototype

Developed and tested in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez to validate behaviour at sea, interfaces and the first complete system logic.

First commercial SEAFLOATECH POD under construction in 20242024

First commercial POD®

A first commercial installation in Saint-Tropez, marking the transition from full-scale validation to an operational product.

Today

Industrial deployment model

Engineering remains central while manufacturing and installation are organised with qualified partners close to each project.

FROM CONCEPT TO INDUSTRIAL SOLUTION

Two proofs of concept. One continuous vision.

Prototype No. 1 and Experimental Product No. 1 were designed, developed, financed and carried by SEAFLOATECH. Together they establish technological precedence, full-scale marine learning and the ability to turn a concept into an engineered system.
